Gluttony Zinfandel 2013

OUR PRICE $39.99 WINERY $59

94pts The Wine Advocate - "Even better than the 2012 is the 2013 Zinfandel Gluttony. This wine, aged in a combination of new and older American oak, has a dense ruby/plum/purple color and a big, sweet kiss of kirsch liqueur intermixed with licorice, baking spices, tar and Christmas fruitcake. It is peppery, spicy, full-bodied, opulent and a total hedonistic and intellectual turn-on. Drink it over the next decade."

Michael David Winery

Lust Zinfandel 2013

OUR PRICE $39.99  WINERY $59

93pts The Wine Advocate - "The 2013 Zinfandel Lust is a whopper (16.9% natural alcohol), but with pure, rich, full-bodied black cherry fruit, incense, camphor and a touch of toasty oak. It is concentrated, thick and juicy. This is a big, powerful, heady wine that, remarkably, is not the least bit hot or overripe in spite of rather incredible levels of potency. Drink it over the next 7-8 years."

Michael David Winery

Sloth Zinfandel 2013

OUR PRICE $39.99 WINERY $59

93pts The Wine Advocate - "The 2013 Zinfandel Sloth is even better, but production is much smaller, at only 291 cases. This is a stunner, with blueberry and black raspberry fruit, earthy, loamy soil undertones, a touch of pepper and smoked meats. Even a barbecue note seems to make an appearance in this beauty to drink over the next 7-8 years."

Michael David Winery

Rapture Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

OUR PRICE $39.99 WINERY $59

92pts The Wine Advocate - "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Rapture exhibits what Cabernet Sauvignon can do from a top winemaker in Lodi. This wine, from 30-year-old vines of Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 100% new oak, offers up an opaque purple color and a beautiful nose of blackberry liqueur intermixed with licorice, graphite and vanilla. It is spicy and rich, with oodles of cassis fruit, full-bodied opulence and a long, heady finish with velvety tannins. Approachable now, it should drink well for at least another 10 years or more. Rating: 92+ Points."
